Accelerating the Digitalization of Dunlop Dealers in East Java Through Technology-Based Training

As a tangible form of commitment to supporting the progress of its partners, PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Dunlop) consistently continues to innovate, one of which is through the empowerment program for its dealer network in various regions.

Recently, Dunlop successfully held an integrated training agenda for hundreds of authorized dealer representatives in the East Java region. Centered in Surabaya, this agenda focused on training in digital administration systems and software-based inventory management. The goal is very clear: to equip Dunlop partners with technological skills so that the service process for end consumers becomes faster, more accurate, and transparent.

A digital system-based training certainly requires capable and uniform computing infrastructure support so that every participant can practice the material directly. Considering the mobility of the event and the principle of operational efficiency, the organizing committee from Dunlop took a tactical step not to procure hardware assets (purchasing new laptops) which are only used for a single short-duration agenda.

Instead, Dunlop collaborated with a trusted local IT equipment vendor.
