DUNLOP Indonesia Officially Supports Garasi Drift Team, Farrel Raffelyno Secures Podium in PRO Class
Jakarta, May 2026 – DUNLOP Indonesia has once again reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the growth of drifting in the country. Entering 2026, DUNLOP has officially partnered with the Garasi Drift Team to boost the peak performance of its young drifters, including Dipo Dwiki and Farrel Raffelyno.
Sustained Support for Young Talent
As part of this ongoing support, DUNLOP has been guiding Farrel Raffelyno's journey since 2024. At the time, a 13-year-old Farrel made his debut in the NEW GEN class and immediately showcased immense potential by consistently securing first-place podium finishes. DUNLOP's backing became a vital factor in building the foundation for Farrel's performance and confidence in the drifting world.
In 2025, Farrel stepped up to the PRO 2 class, driving a Subaru BRZ named BOXER BOY. At just 14 years old, he continued to show significant progress, racking up podium finishes across various events. This stellar performance was heavily driven by the support of DUNLOP Direzza DZ102 tires, which provided an optimal balance of grip, stability, and control on the track.
Support Expansion to Garasi Drift Team
Expanding beyond individual support for Farrel, DUNLOP officially extended its full backing to the Garasi Drift Team in 2026. The team is also powered by Ziko and Dipo, who are widely known as automotive creators and car modification enthusiasts in Indonesia.
The year 2026 marks a challenging new chapter for Farrel. He has officially advanced to the highest tier of drifting competition—the PRO class—where he must go head-to-head with professional drifters and the biggest names in Indonesian drifting. His PRO class debut kicked off at the Passion Drift event held in April 2026.
PRO Class Performance with Direzza β02
For this high-stakes competition, Farrel once again trusted his performance to DUNLOP by utilizing the Direzza β02, a semi-slick tire from the Direzza series imported directly from Japan. This tire is engineered with a specialized tread pattern to deliver maximum performance and high grip on the drift track.
