Dunlop Tires Also Boost the Performance of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R 4 Cylinder
After being officially launched virtually on July 10 2020, the Kawasaki ZX-25R was tested directly at the Sentul Circuit with the media.
The Covid-19 Pandemic period did not prevent PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI) from launching the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R 4 cylinder for the public in Indonesia. Even though the launch ceremony was held digitally, the launch of the Kawasaki Ninja was still special and was welcomed enthusiastically by all its customers. Because this is the first launch in the world, Kawasaki's newest flagship product.
Not satisfied with the digital launch, KMI also involved the media to take part in a test ride session at the Sentul International Circuit, Bogor (15/07). This latest Ninja figure brings a series of updates. This motorsport is equipped with a 250 cc 4 cylinder engine which is capable of reaching 51 hp of power and 22.9 Nm of torque.
You can guess how powerful the performance of the Ninja ZX-25R is. Therefore, Kawasaki uses Dunlop tires to support performance and balance the awesomeness of this latest Ninja.
During the test ride in Sentul, the committee gave the riders the opportunity for 5 laps to feel the sensation of the Kawasaki ZX-25R's performance.
Kawasaki The 4-cylinder Ninja ZX-25R is equipped with Dunlop Sportmax GPR300 as factory (OEM) tires with sizes 110/70R17 for the front tires and 150/60R17 for the rear tires. Sportmax GPR300 is Dunlop's flagship radial tire which is capable of increasing traction on wet and dry roads. Optimized tire construction can increase control and responsiveness.
However, it was different during the test ride, to support performance, KMI replaced the Sportmax GPR300 with Dunlop Sportmax Alpha-13SP racing tires with sizes 110/70R17 for the front tires and 150/60R17 for the rear tires. The riders felt that the Dunlop tires really supported the overall performance of this new Kawasaki Ninja. Comfort and safety when driving are felt when Dunlop performance tires are installed.
The Ninja ZX-25R feels very comfortable both in the early and middle rounds. Regarding handling, this motorbike is also very capable and feels 'obedient' when even in corners. Apart from tires, the standard standard is capable of managing large engine power when on the circuit.

For on-road prices in the Jabodetabek area, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R is priced at IDR 96,000,000, while the ZX-25R ABS SE type reaches IDR 112,900,000, much more expensive than the 2-cylinder Ninja 250. And the colors available are Metallic Spark Black, Lime Green/Ebony, Pearl Flatdust White, and Candy Plasma.
The Ninja ZX-25R is equipped with a multitude of technologies and features that support engine performance and motorbike control. Just mention advanced features, such as Kawasaki Traction Control (KTRC), Kawasaki Quick Shifter (KQS), Ram Air System, Electronic Throttle Valves, and Power Mode.
The upside down model front suspension which uses Separate Function Fork - Big Piston (SFF-BP) technology is able to provide rider comfort when the motorbike is cornering. With the help of the Horizontal-Back Link monoshock rear suspension, the motorbike remains more stable.
The power of this motorbike is channeled through 6 speeds which feels very smooth. Especially with the use of the quick shifter to add and reduce gears. What's even more fun is that the quick shifter feature for reducing gears already has auto blipper technology.
