Vaccination for all employees of PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia

PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia (Surindo) as a Dunlop tire manufacturer supports the Government's program to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus by holding mass vaccinations for factory employees and also employees in the Jakarta office. This is Surindo's form of concern to continue to protect employees during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This vaccination activity was centered at the Surindo factory located in the Indotaisei, BIC, Cikampek area on July 19 2021 in collaboration with the West Java Regional Police and the Regional Government of Karawang Regency, West Java. 

There are around two thousand five hundred doses of Sinovac vaccine provided by the committee, and have been given to factory employees in this first dose. Of course, before being vaccinated, vaccination participants must carry out screening at the time of registration to ensure the health condition of each participant.

The high enthusiasm of the COVID-19 vaccine participants in the field means that the committee must ensure that it continues in an orderly manner and in accordance with the implementation of strict health protocols. And the agenda for the first dose of vaccine is all going smoothly.

Apart from opening a vaccine center at the Cikampek factory, Surindo is also taking steps to accelerate the delivery of the COVID-19 vaccine in other ways. Surindo is actively collaborating with community health centers and other vaccine centers, especially those located around the Surindo office in Jakarta to accommodate the vaccination of employees working in the Jakarta office. As a result, around 77% of Surindo employees, both factory employees and Jakarta office employees, have been vaccinated with the first dose. 

The plan is that this mass vaccine will be held again at the Cikampek Factory before the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia on August 16 2021. And Surindo targets 100% of all its employees to have received the complete dose by the end of September 2021.
